Follow-up question: if u want the surgery, do u find it strange that guys like you the way you are? Obviously, you should do what makes you happy. That's not the point. I'm curious as to whether girls find it strange that guys like them partly due to a characteristic that they would prefer to change.

For example, a girl has brown eyes and tons of guys like her because she has brown eyes. But all she wants to do is change her eye color to blue. Good question. To be honest I think the surgery would make a difference. However, that doesn't mean that her cock was the ONLY reason I liked her. But I'd be crazy to say that physical attractiveness is not an important aspect of any healthy relationship.

It works both ways for me. If I was dating a GG and I came home and she had a cock it would be a turn off because I was attracted to her the way she was.
