Query: Do the majority of TS ultimately plan on making the full transition?
I've heard a number of girls say that they are saving up to complete their transition. So I was wondering if most girls felt the same way or if there were a lot of girls who preferred to leave some things unchanged.

in my experiences, while a handful are quite content to be non-op...most that I have met always want to be the "complete" woman they feel they are and would like to eventually get the GRS.

Nobody knows, and it would be wrong to draw conclusions based on girls who escort or do porn as they are far outnumbered by girls who go quietly about their own transition and live relatively ordinary lives.

I suppose the amount of feminising surgery will depend on when hormones began, but just how much are you looking at (in US$) for SRS and related procedures, in very round numbers?
