What TV show or movie you watch whenever it is on

TV has become a wasteland. The only recent shows that are any good are animated shows. I love Futurama, The Simpsons, and I can't get enough of Family Guy. (Giggity Giggity). Oh and I never miss Conan on TBS.

Older shows I try to always watch are....

Love any Star Trek, Babylon 5, and Firefly, but I have all of them on disc.

As for movies, TV edits the shit out of them, and way too many commercials. So I rely on my 1,300 title movie collection on BluRay and DVD.

Movies: Shawshank Redemption, The 5th Element and to a lesser extent the Resident Evils

What is it about seeing a movie on TV that makes you want to watch it, even if you have the movie on DVD and wouldn't consider putting it on? But on TV, it's must see.

For movies: Ovation (?) channel just played "Top Secret!" this week. The young Val Kilmer and some of THE BEST one-liners and sight gags ever committed to film!!

Pretty much anything which has to do with CARTOONS, lol. They are always silly and colorful not matter how many times I watch them. Can't think of any sitcoms besides SEINFELD that I would continue to watch on syndication though. Shows about nothing are timeless
