Slacking off is bad but rest is good. Train intense but don't overtrain. Ten more pounds of muscle on a frame like yours would be noticeable. If you ever thought about Bodybuilding read up on Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates. Forget the fancy shit and get back to basics.
