yes squats,stiff leg deadlifts,jefferson squats,etc are great to build the glutes!

genetically i was lucky with my buttocks, but of course now it`s much bigger and they are hard like a stone!

just have to make something clear which sometimes people can make a little confusion!

I like when Gloria shows up. She's so hot I have to run around my block several times until I cool off. I imagine she would approve of that behavior. There is never a bad time for exercise. Gloria what kept you from becoming an IFBB pro bodybuilder? You certainly have the genetics for it in my opinion.
