you confuse bodybuilding with someone that just pop in into the gym for a workout just for pure ego(these people are called t-shirt muscles and a true bodybuilder is from the legs,not just the upper body) and just tryin to get big for other reasons!To build a symmetric,proportioned physique ,it takes a lot of plannning ahead,if you don`t have consistency in bodybuilding,you will not achieve any results so the longer i diet and train my muscles don`t look bigger but they look better,bodybuilding is art!

What a retarded value judgement. So someone popping into the gym between 2 and 5 times a week just to burn some calories are just doing it for their egos, but if they were true juice monkeys then they would be righteous and pure (shallow and lopsided) like yourself. Riiiight.

my physique takes a lot and lot of dedication,hard work and discipline and something that requires this much dedication,it shouldn`t be mocked,it should be celebrated!some people love the way i look,some people don`t!
bodybuilder women ,we train for ouselves,it`s self-love
i love my hamstrings,i love my quads,i love my biceps,i love my triceps etc

i don`t want to be everyone`s cup of tea,i don`t like stereotypes,i couldn`t care less if some people don`t get a hard on,i wouldn`t become what people want me to be!
