Actually it is probably Saline. Her and at least 3 others are doing that in Brazil now. But one did go to europe and get HUGE implants.

That's some scary shit. Though I do know of one TS that had saline injections (Professionaly, by an MD) into a sort of 'balloon' under the skin of her shaft, to stretch the skin so that she'd have sufficient material for the vaginal 'inversion'.
