They only can work in conjunction with penile enhancement exercises, such as jelquing (mainly increases girth, more than length) and pulling/stretching exercises such as the (don't laugh ) "long schlong" and other such that you can find on sites such as "Thunder's Place".

I tried it myself once because even though I was bigger than average anyway I fancied a bit more (greedy, egotistical, git that I am!) and I found that there were certain pills that had blood flow enhancers that assisted, as long as I did the exercises as well, in giving me approx 0.25" more of girth and 0.5" in length.

These are the type of pills one takes every day and they tend to have herbal nutrients in them such as: Tribulus, Arginine, Maca, Avena Sativa, Ginseng, Horny Goat Weed, Ginko, Saw Palmetto and or other products in them, but each one varies ever so slightly from the other.

I honestly believe that it was the exercises that I did that were instrumental in my gains, and that the pills I used (I tried 2 different competing brands and they were pretty much as "helpful" as each other) were a useful assistance.

I doubt that the pills on their own would have made me grow. But I do think that in certain cases that PERHAPS they may have the capacity to assist those who have a low libido/poor bloodflow/psychological problems etc. but I am not a doctor so dont' take my word for this. I only know that I felt hornier and had slightly fuller erections during sex (not as strongly like Viagra, Golden Root, Maxidus etc...) but there was a slight but noticeable boost and eagerness to get a boner and that it stayed harder for longer during sex.

This makes sense because when doing these exercises (especially jelquing) I found that there was more residual bloodflow in my penis after the "workout" was finished and I undersatnd that (particularly in the case of jelquing) that this is important for maximising "gains".

So the bottom line is, from both my opinions and experiences, that they may help but only as part of an exercising program.

If anyone has doubts or thinks this is dubious then just "google" the word "jelquing"... and figure the rest out for yourself!

So, the mechanical trainings and p-pumps. Well, the question is that there are tons of these drugs recommended by publicity. I made a research and I found that there are about 280 titles all across the world. So it may only mean that they are completely useless and theirs manufacturers only play on public interest for this kind of product. Because nobody will publicly declare in court that this person used the PE-pills and they had not any effect on him and because of it he asks his money back, as also the compensation of ... lost interest and effect. So the interest is to find among these "about 280 titles" only one that "+/-" works.

If you are meaning that it grows the penis by simply taking the pills on their own then I very much doubt it... and it would seem to clearly only be for mugs.

But I knew that the exercises had some validity to them (especially the jelque) and I was curious to give them a try to see if they assisted in speedier gains. I still can't be sure if they did - apart from the slight apparent other benefits that I explained above.

The 2 brands I tried were "VigRX" and "ProSolution" and they seem to be direct competitors with one another.

Well, say, - the chemical formula that makes the penile tissue formed of the cells of corpus cavernosum not only to expand in size (as it happens during the mechanical and p-pump training) but also to massively form and generate the new cells of corpus cavernosum, available for blood inflow. That makes the p-nis grow bigger and sometimes longer if the penile tendon is still enough flexible. Today this effect can be observed only during the penile injections of stem cells. But except for the stem cells - are there any more traditional chemical ingredients that make the same effect as the stem cells ?

There are supplements out there that will increase blood flow to the area and give a temporary increase in testosterone. In a sense these supplements make it bigger from the increased blow flow to the area, but not bigger than what it already is....if that makes sense.
