Keep in mind, that while I like Craigslist (It was invented in the Bay Area), there are lots of different websites you can use, and everyone has the internet.

I can go to LA's Craigslist section, and find tons of nice ts's.
(I haven't really gotten to that part yet though, because I'll continue my lesson plan soon)

But yeah, clubs are an option.....I can and have scored there too. But it's far less guaranteed than using the internet, where MILLIONS of people use it daily.

I think the point is that most girls out for fun do some type of recreational drug. If you have the drink AND the weed AND meth you have something for just about anyone you encounter. If this is surprising to anyone, you need to get out more. And the vast majority of girls at the club are looking to do some kinda "mood enhancer", so if you got some, your chances of scoring go waaay up, far above Mr. "I'm attractive and charming".
