Yes and i see better muscle tone and weight maintenance than my friends who eat meat, I got thicker longer hair, clear skin i have not been sick for nearly 3 years of any flu or cold, my energy level is great, stamina is great, perfect liver and kidneys even tough i take hormones... I dont take supplements i make sure to get my nutrition from my foods...

nuts, beans and legumes have just as good protein sources. raw coconut, pomegranate, Durian if you like it.
