You might end up buying yourself a colonoscopy as its likley you'll end up with at least some microscopic blood on the fecal smear. Not a bad thing to get a colonoscopy from a healthcare maintenance standpoint, but its a day out of work for most people and probalby not everyones idea of a fun day off :P
