yes-good question. Personaly I would, as I would respect their decision. Its not the cock I am personaly after. Good question ... I like GG's too so it wouldn't bother me. It's her body so if thats what makes her happy I'd be okay with it ... although concerned as you would with any major abdominal surgery.
