Have you all forgotten that suppurating offence against human rights called Guantanamo where hundreds of uncharged people from all over the world remain chained and imprisoned without trial for year after year in the name of American "democracy"? It all happened under Bush/Cheney ten years ago and until the inmates are given a free and open trial it remains a rebuke to any claim that the US has to speak on the issue.

Robert Louis, you're right... the new proposed bill is the extension of the Guantanamo system to US citizens all over the world... maybe, now, someone else can understand what this system is about... usually when soemething concerns others (i.e. me as an Italian citizen), other people are not interested... now this system could come into your house... let's see what will happen:
