It's King Obama.... It was Dick Cheney's dream: strengthen the executive branch. I mean, why do we even have a Congress?
Take, say, Libya. Obama didn't get Congressional authorization. Why? Well, he's King Obama...

I wasn't thinking about economy, but more about civil liberties and rule of law, because everything else is subordinated to this.

A Fascist States of America will not do any good to this planet.

A United States of America back to its Constitution, on the other hand, could lead us back to humanity.

And on economic issues too... starting from auditing the private bank called the Federal Reserve System... the gold standard... abolishing the IRS that's collecting taxes for the banksters (the Fed).

I agree about the Fed. It shouldn't be private. But I, actually, have disagreements with Paul on domestic policy issues. (But I believe in deep democracy. Meaning: you institute polices that the American people want. What kind of country should America be? Well, it's up to the American people to decide.
So, public policy should reflect public opinion. That'd bring about a functioning democracy.
I don't align myself with most Americans. But that's democracy. And I'd accept what most Americans want..)
But I like him. He seems like, well, a nice person. Can't speak that way about most politicians....
