I have no Idea were you get your Stats. GG's make as little as half as much per scene as TS performers. Only the superstars and contract girls make more. And solo shoots are even less. I've heard that $500. figure kicked around, and it blew me away. I understand supply, demand, and product...I own 3 businesses, but for 500 bucks I wouldn't even get out of bed let alone travel, prepare and let some dude pound my ass for 30 minutes, only to have no ownership of your work product....not in a multi billion dollar industry ....but I suppose in the end....you get what you pay for like anything else. If we had the potential to sell the site to 10,000's of members at $10-$20 per month then we would do that but we have a budget that needs to be met to get the content and run the sites, to maintain what we hope is our maximum membership level and for us that's between $19.99 and $34.99 depending on the site and the amount and costs of the content.

I always find it hilarious when so called business persons look at one fixed raw material cost and then base all their assumptions off that. We pay $600 to US/Euro models for solo shoots and $800 for hardcore which is pretty much about what most website producers pay them. To get a $600 shoot to being published on a site we have to pay the photographers, photoshop editors, video editors, webmasers, promotions/marketing, affiliate manager, book-keeper, office/studio rent, graphic designers, drivers, general bills and then all billing company costs before we see a penny of profit. THAT is how business works.

People need to understand that its a job like any other, and with the piracy these days its a miracle we make any money at all. Soon porn will be extinct because people aren't paying us for our content. Photographers are told to take breaks right before holidays because the budgets simply aren't there to allow us to work. $600 for a solo shoot of 1.5 hours of masturbating is pretty damn good. It is also the highest rate for solos in the whole industry! Grooby pays more than anybody else. I am pretty sure SMC pays just the same if not a bit less. Kevin SMC and Grooby pay the same for shoots but require diff content amount. Going solo rates are 500-600 across the board. FYI Joey pays the best and strokers pays the best for the least solo work.
