Allanah, Wendy, et al, you read the review sites for the same reason that actors/playwrites/directors read the critics in the Sun, Times, and Picayune, you want to see what the "people" are saying/thinking about you. News flash: The critics (Especially the amateurs) are full of shit. Hell, I used to choose what teevee shows to watch based entirely on what the late Cleveland Amory =hated=. Never regretted the decision.

Everything was fine in the little group with positive posts and reviews until the owner decided that he wanted to be a "big player" and started inviting a lot of riff-raff onto the site. It went rapidly out of control after that. I read some disturbing posts in the referenced creatures of the night section (I think HJ is responsible for starting the section, he is a admin. on the site).

The group is a collection of pathetic tranny chasers. Hugh Jarrod is not to be trusted, rest assured. I read his posts on this HA site and just laugh. The owner of the SER.net site is a member in disguise on this site, as are others. Rest assured they will not come out of disguise. At least HJ is not hiding. Regarding WW and A's statements, they are true. Regarding myself, I have no grudge against SER.net. I am fortunate to have distanced myself from that group long ago.

I invite Wendy and Allanah to PM me if they want even more detailed information. Again, I was on the inside for quite some time and you are hearing only the tip of the iceberg. I personally had entertained the thought of seeing WW and Allanah when they visited my hometown last year, but I was strongly persuaded not to do so by the SER.net owner.

My experiences at SER were mixed at best. When I joined, I posted once or twice to defend Wendy and to ask why she was banned. I was given my "last warning" (which was actually my first one), to leave it alone, which I did. I tried to play nicely thereafter, within the rules, to answer questions about Peanuts and the LA scene, and I even participated in a thread about IDing esoteric or exotic cars. (I did pretty well, too, except for mistaking De Tomaso's for Lamborghni's a few times)

A picture of mine was placed on the Creatures of the Night thread, probably by Ziffy, though I have no proof it was him. Someone who wished to remain anonymous intervened with the System Administrator, and he graciously removed the picture. I had posted the picture here, so I was not ashamed of it, but having it in that thread did hurt my feelings, which was probably the poster's intent. But otherwise, I was well treated and even felt appreicated by the members there.

I was banned after the board was taken offline by its webhosting company, apparently for not removing copyrighted images. I was never warned I would be banned, nor was it ever explained to me. I presume its because I am friends with Wendy. I didn't ask why, or protest it or make any stink about it, nor will I. If they don't want me there, I don't want to be there. I think its their loss, personally. But unlike Groucho Marx, I only want to join clubs that would have me as a member.

I have had my disagreements and misunderstandings with Hugh, but they were never personal, on my part and I appreciate the nice things he has said and the respect he showed me, and all the other girls here today.
