didn't change her much imo. the worst place any girl can have fat deposited is nasty back fat. that just makes the body masculine. bailey has had her ass stuffed here mostly. regardless, it's her face that is stunning and that hasn't really changed outside of adding more cheekfat which lends to a feminine appearance.
