You are not ugly, Yoite. Ugly has more to do with personality than it has to with outward attractiveness. I've met some very ugly people in my life who were very attractive on the outside but were lacking the inner beauty that most people have. The very best thing you can do for yourself is to learn to love the reflection in the mirror. That's very difficult at first, especially when someone that you find attractive has voiced such an opinion. But whoever has said this about you is far more ugly than you could possibly be and likely feels the same about his or her self.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, smile at the wonderful person you see reflected there. Once you can manage to do that and feel good about yourself, smile at the next person you meet and greet them. Most people will smile back at you at least. And if someone doesn't then fuck them if they can't take joke or joke them if they can't take a fuck.
