Cops bust the city's biggest Drug Lord 3 days ago, now there going into two favelas in the Tourist part of town, and clearing house. 2 Major highways shut down, and Roadblocks everywhere, had to call it a night early hopefully the mayhem is over tomorrow.

i LIVE in Copacabana and is all normal, same to Ipanema and neighboors close. All turistic areas are normal, we re taking over bigest favela in Brasil ROCINHA in São Conrado neighboor that is not so close areas i mention.

This is part of operation we re doing to bring more peace to Rio and we suport it 110%. Rocinha is so big that is made of not less than 30 sub neighboors with something like 100 000 people living there.

Do you really believe this nonsense or you just being positive? I have no problem with you being positive wishing for a more peaceful and secure rio but the facts remain with solid steel evidence that all government are corrupt and anything being done is for money purposes and rio govt dont give 2 shits about the everyday average working person. The olympics or olym-pimps overall is a piece of shit corrupt event and the country that gives the biggest bribes get the event. So for me the believe rio govt is doing anything good for the people is pure fantasy none of this would be done without monetary gain.
