Help me quit smoking! tips?

So this is my fourth attempt at quitting the nasty habit of smoking. I thought since I have to quit smoking before and after my breast augmentation, which is on DEC 6, I might as well try to stop for good....again! Does anyone have any tips, pointers, or even just words of encouragement? all are appreciated!
