Two things.

1. Self-Titfuck. This isn't even possible for GGs. Trans women have the unique ability to do this, but nobody thinks of it / tries it for some reason. A good number of trans women out there are capable of doing this, and yet the only ones I have seen even attempt it are Mariana Cordoba and Vo De Balm (And both attempts were fairly underwhelming).

It seems like so much has been done on transexual videos, I am not sure what hasn't been done that people would like to see or that is possible and profitable.
