Why do people in general keep wild animals that can kill them easily and are meant to be in nature!

I don't understand that either, Kelly. The recent incident in Zanesville certainly demonstrates the hazards of this kind. I've been to the area several times and I've gone past that place on the highway. The owner apparently went insane and released all of his animals.

Among the dumb things our new governor did this past year was failing to renew the law against the sale of exotic animals in the state. Until that law went into effect, anyone could attend an auction in Lucasville and buy themselves just about any kind of wild animal they want.

yeah but whats the point in a snake insect , spider etc its not like you can take them down the park for walks, cuddle up with them in bed etc ..

other than just looking abit mad and groovy in a tank at home i dont see a purpose to them... may as well have a sheep as a pet in your garden as well ..

A friend of a friend bought a boa constrictor when he was high on some shit, put the thing in a tank in his basement, then forgot about it for about six months. When he finally remembered the poor creature, dumbass reaches in the tank to feed it and the snake swallowed his hand and arm up past the elbow. The local fire department brought in a vet to trank the snake so it would let go of him and SPCA found the snake a new home.

Some guys would find a sheep in the garden rather handy, actually, the same as the imaginative use that lady found for her snake. What, you never heard of animal husbandry?

I wouldn't just leave it to whitey, lol. I think ALL humans should leave wild animals where they belong.. In the wild. Domesticated animals can still turn on their owners. But anyone who can sleep soundly when there's a 12 foot python in another room is either crazier, Dumber, or all out more insane than I ever hope to be.

When I lived in Austin, Texas I knew this little girl stripper who had 13 snakes. We lived in the same structure but I never went in her apartment. I have absolutely no idea how(or where?) she snuck them past the landlord.

There was this guy somewhere in the states who loved lions and tigers decided hed raise them and one day the mail man went by his house and saw the tigers having a feast and it was the owner they were eating.
