Cebu and the Philippines in general has many ladyboys. Many are very petite. Bangkok has the best looking I've ever seen anywhere and I've traveled around the world. Pattaya gurls aren't as hot as the gurls in Bangkok. It's crazy in Thailand because if you meet a girl and she is hot as hell, then there is a 99% chance that she's a ladyboy. Talking about Asian ladyboys hot spots, Singapore actually has a place where world class ladyboys can be found there: Orchard Tower. I have been there many times, in 2 of the bars called Club Romeo and Crazy Horse there, you won't be difficult to find the true stunner, many of them are from Thailand come there to earn some quick money.

Wayout club in London is much better than Divas.

Divas maybe be a bigger venue but Wayout is normally a lot busier.

I vote for Sao Paolo. They have amazing Tgirls there. Found several stunning ones that gave PSE experience for less than $100 US.
While kind of a challenge to get there, I saw more stunning Tgirls around the Jockey Club area than anywhere else in the world.
A couple wonderful nightclubs are crawling with the beauties.
