Damn...I'm having the same exact problem...to the point where it's becoming noticeable...I forget the simplest words and wind up unable to fully enunciate the occasional thought/idea. I thought it was age (I'm creeping up on fifty...only six months away)...

...but honestly, I think it's really because I'm smoking too much weed.
