Best advice after questioning why he'd want to bring a girl he's never met to America (go there first - if you like her then think about bring her back) is that he's in for a long process.
If the girl is a college graduate it's easier - if she's not then it's going to be very hard. Needs to prove he can support her for the duration of the stay and a long paperwork struggle.
If he lived in Europe (but not the UK) it would be easy. I brought an LB from Thailand over for a week when I lived in Amsterdam.
