Without spoiling anything, this season will have the best character to date.

I can't recommend the graphic novels enough - they are a lot grittier and darker than the show. I HATE what they turned Angela into (before they killed her off). She is an awesome character in the books.

Gimple said Negan will not be making an appearance this year. We'll see if he's true to his word, but when they definitively say no like that, they haven't lied yet.

With that said, it does seem like everytime they add a black character, they kill one off. I guess on the bright side, African Americans are very well represented on the show in general. You have the kid from Everybody loves Chris, the preacher, Sasha and Michonne (both of whom are stupid hot, especially Sasha!), Morgan is coming soon.

Well I think hes going to be season 6 but the latest episode was such a nod to him. Gated community that had clearly been attacked by people, and of course when Glen picked up the bat.

Lol I noticed that to, every time a new black person shows up you just know another black character is going to die to make way for them.

I never read the graphic novels, but by 'nod to him', do you also mean the bodies cut in half with the torsos stuffed in a vehicle ? (which no one seemed to mention yet).

Actually no that's not his style. But that is freaky i picked up on the dismembered bodies and intact heads, very crazy stuff :S

I love the graphic novels and they are at a point now where they differentiate substantially from the television series...So we can enjoy both together now
