Slightly off topic but I saw an incredible documentary on that. I think it was on National Geographic Channel. It showed how man turned wolves into dogs through generations of selective breeding and socialization.

Can apes be evil like humans or are they still closer to animals as creatures of instinct in being dominant and territorial? I don't mean violent. I mean evil with evil intent behind the action.

I'll try an find a link- there are well documented cases o chimps with longstanding grudges against individuals from other tribes. Stalking parties that attack individuals at the risk of group warfare just to throw a beatdown, etc.

Or, just hit "General Discussion" and click a random thread-- it will Dave .e some time and the story will be pretty similar!
