How close are we to apes??/

I'm sure we all done seen someone reguardless of what race they are and you were like damn he or she looks just like a ape or a chimp. Makes you wonder cause even one of our presidents looked like an ape too. But after watching movies like Planet of the Apes you realize that were more alike than different and sometimes I wonder did we actually evolve from apes? '

that just depends which side of the bars you happen to be standing... Some of us are on one side, others clearly are part of the animal kingdom (and they dont even want to be associated with most of us)

Tigers and lions are more closely related to each other than we are to other primates, as far as their chromosomes lining up.

Maybe some people have such low IQs that they're not much more complicated than moneys and apes. But as far as intelligence goes, I'm pretty sure dolphins are smarter than chimps. Their society, although more simplistic, actually makes us humans look like the barbarians we basically are. I wouldn't be surprised if humans devolved from dolphins.

And secondly, that's a cultural thing you talking about. Human's know the difference between right and wrong, pretty much. Native Americans are probably more highly evolved emotionally than just about anyone, but they're weren't technologically advanced.

Like dogs. Dogs know when they fucked up. They'll look guilty when they know they did "wrong". Cats aren't like that. Cats may know what's going to cause them grief in the long run, but they don't seem to care. They more independent than that I guess. Dogs are more submissive. They want to please us so we take care of them. And humans are submissive like that too.
