Too much surgery?
Not gonna name names or anything, but some of the girls just go overboard with the surgeries. Faces that become almost cartoonish or clownish. Tis that almost rip the skin and are so tight that even when nipples get hard they are still flush with the body, hips that are so big .... sometimes enough is enough. Sorry for the rant.

It is a choice, however my opinion is if your trying to look as woman and passable as possible maintaining a natural look is the way to go, if you want to be an exxagerated tranny then go ahead and get those things done some guys like it.... Personally it makes you look older and less youthful...

Re: Too much surgery?
My hope is that each lady gets what she wants/needs. I have seen ladies who go from stunning to plastic -- that is sad. I have also seen some who are now the hottest women i could ever hope to know. The trick is knowing when to stop, and who to trust for advice or surgical work.
I hope that most do not go by cost alone, because you do get what you pay for. However price is no garantee of quality. I'm betting there are very few ladies who know going in that they will look like Jack Nicholson's Joker from the Batman movies. But that is what you can get if not careful. And you, not the doctor, will be stuck with the results.
My bias is towards post SRS ladies, but I realize that is not every woman's chosen destination. I would repeat a old request I've heard some women make in these forums, when you know it, provide the surgeon's name when showing results, so others can learn.
Happy new year

Re: Too much surgery?
It's their choice and their bodies! They're doing this for themselves, NOT for you.

'Knowing when to stop.'
One of life's big metaphysical quandaries.
