    1) Are you not a Moderator anymore?
    2) If you're still a Moderator, how come this post, which really only impacts you if you're an employee of Grooby, gets your prompt attention but others with egregious conduct are blatantly ignored?

    I think everyone should read through any contract they signed. Honestly, its probably a common practice, but I would think it would create more chargebacks than loyal customers.
