So I just signed up for Frank's Tgirl world. I paid the full 35. But in small print at the bottom is a box clicked to charge me an extra 24.95 to join Shemales from Hell. I didn't see it quick enough and click ok to process transaction. So instead of 35$ I've now spent 60.

There are ethical issues with this kind of opt-out functionality (versus opt-in where the box is unchecked). Putting the box text in a small size at the bottom clearly is designed to make some people miss the whole thing so they get charged the extra amount. You can't tell me this is to make things "easier" for users. In some states there are laws against doing this, such as on banking sites. This is trickery, plain and simple. I know what I'm talking about as I am a "web guy" who worked on web applications in the banking industry.

yeah if u email them u should be able to get a refund. I tried joining a tgirl porn site once before and never doing it again. Credit card info got used, but I resolved the situation quickly. And yeah u do got to watch out for small prints and shit. I didnt join grooby, I forgot which one I was joining, but it was supposed to be one of them 3 days trials for a $1 sites, and there was a link to upgrade ur account. I click it assuming it'll take me to a page that has more info, such as how much it'll freaking cost to upgrade in the first place and the monthly/yearly fees and such. Nope, it just automatically upgraded me and charged my card, not even asking "are you sure you want to upgrade" or "click here to continue your upgrade" or something similar... Make matters worst, the videos on there site all sucked ass anyways, nothing new from the stuff u'll see from the free sites, and stuff that was "new" or wasn't on a free site, sucked, so I can see why it wasn't on a free site...

I refuse to join a porn site again after that. There are some out there I be debating sometimes if I should join like Bobtgirl and a few other asian ladyboys site, but I think I'll just save my doe and invest it in more better things
