If you want something you can look good in but still change as often as you like....go with some toenail art.....all kinds of wild stuff out there

What I think would make a good tattoo on the foot,, draw a picture of bones as if one is looking through the skin and can see some bones of the foot showing through. Or maybe just a picture of Hello Kitty.
