My first ever douch

I thought that i would try my first ever douch today and WOW what a great feeling, i wish i had done it sooner.
I had to take the shower head off and put the pipe against my anus then turn the tap on. I made sure that the water was cool enough and not too powerful, and then just enjoyed it.
I want to do it 2 or 3 times a day, but probably do it once a day.
I need to find a decent shower head attachment so that i can a bit of penetration, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
If anyone hasn't tried this douching then what the hell are you waiting for.

There are enema attachments for shower heads that don't require you to take it apart--just flip a valve t redirect the flow. These are good for light douching, but if you want to do a deep cleanse, there are other devices that work better, such as a colema board.

Yes, it feels great but DON'T GO OVERBOARD WITH IT! You can disrupt your colon's natural functioning if you cleanse too frequently. Do some research and read up before going too far.

What the hell did you do, stand on your head? Don't know where your shower head is located, but mine is in such a position that would be required if I removed it from the pipe.

Just had my second douch and i'm so glad i didn't go out after it, lol. It got a bit messy. Really wasn't expecting that
