Whether or not it is more aesthetically pleasing is highly subjective and particularly morally dubious if that is your main purpose for circumcising children.

Circumcision started in Egypt a long time ago.

Then:

1. I was strongly against circumcision
2. I was scared about loosing sensitivity and being unable to reach climax
3. I have been circumcised at age 35
4. I have been circumcised again at age 37
5. I have had no loss in "enjoyment"

Get your children circumcised at birth with a clamp, no stitches no sutures.
