Since you're a newbie welcome to the board

First off - the UK is several countries to start off with and then several cities within each so if for instance you're coming to England your major centres for T-girls are London and Manchester.

Since presumably you're intending to pay for play then your best bet is to go and have a look at the Reviews forum which is dominated by reviews for providers in England etc.

I am in Manchester for a day and London for 2 days. Would like to meet a TS in Manchester.

150 is usually the upper rate for the more established, good service girls (or chancers lol) in Manchester area. That would get you an hour...

London can be a bit more expensive especially if a girls "visiting from abroad" but plenty of girls are in the £100-150 bracket there also.

Active means your gonna get bummed.

Passive means your gonna do the bumming.
