Default Dr. Suporn vs. The Americans

My roommate is planning to go through SRS and had heard about Dr. Supporn, in Thailand. Does anyone on this site have any feelings on the subject, or an opinion I could pass on? I understand this is not exactly our main topic, but I'd love to read any comments, especially compared to American doctors.

I believe that's who did Danielle's SRS, and it looks pretty good to me. I know she seems to be pretty satisfied.

It used to be iffy, going to places like that. But there are so many half asses in the US. Reed, for instance, in Miami is overrated from everything I've heard. Schrang was supposed to be one of the best, but I believe he either retired or passed away. I dunno. If I get SRS, I'd definitely go to Supporn as quickly as I'd go to anyone.

When do you plan on getting SRS?

(He laughs). I am honored by the inference, ILoveGG&TS, but I really am on the other side of this fence. My roommate really does need the info and I thought who better to ask? I am strictly an observer.

The question is "if". I have no immediate plans.

Have heard good things about both, but due to a clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden, I have been advised to have SRS in America due to my high DVT risk,

I've seen Supporn's work - and it's excellent. I've never heard a bad review about the whole clinic and system from where he works.
