Their is no set time, their shouldn't really be any rules when it comes to things like that, if your "insert person you have a massive crush on" takes you out and is sweet and nice and the perfect gentleman and you wanna give it up, do it, don't have some arbitrary number of dates, go with what feels right to you. In saying that, if he is a gentleman who respects you, he may turn it down, guy I worked with was old fashioned, been seeing his girl for over a year and still hasn't gone their, he is waiting for marriage

Some men get conditioned into getting sex when they want (paid or not) and some women have no qualms about giving it up quick, others try to use it as a tool to grab or keep a man. Its about balance for both parties. As a man I have plenty female and trans friend i can kick it with no expectations other than laughs and good times. (when i was single) i wanted someone who, while being able to be my friend and we can talk the shit and enjoy a laugh, could spark up that sensual tension from small innuendos, those silent eye to eye looks, etc.

3 dates or a month, which ever is longer. The real question is if you see there is pattern after three dates, why are you waiting till 5. In my opinion nobody waits more than a month there isn't any reason to, it is a "shit or get off the pot" thing.

For all the men that date girls, how long would you wait for sex? I like to wait at least five dates before I give it up. However most guys are ghost after they don't get it on the third date. Am I wrong to assume that they were never genuinely interest in me. I'm bi and date both man and women and sex is usually not an issue when dating girls. However, I'm thinking about changing my approach when dealing with men. Is it unreasonable to assuming that any man would wait that long for sex?
