Nope. That's not how medicine works. It's called the Moral Fortitude Cost Reduction Act. It was introduced by the senate in 1986 when the AIDS frenzy was at an all time high and the cost of extensive medical testing went through the roof... the bill was never remanded or parsed down for modern times. Now all homosexual activity must be reported to the doctor in order to secure proper testing... it's all really just red tape/cost cutting measures so you've got to do your research.

Not exactly sure what a gum clinic is, but I think your best bet is to tell the doctor exactly what kind of sex you had and with whom. That should be enough to tell the doctor what to test for.

Considering that last week you were fretting over the implications to your life if you had indeed got chlamydia and you then went out and did this .. it's insane.

I can't comprehend why you'd be worried about disclosing the fact that you'd had sex with a shemale to the clinic given the gravity of the situation. Surely providing them with the information is going to help all parties - presumably the escort is getting tested? Again you told the clinic specifically why you need the tests? You can always book a private HIV test but you'll have to learn to use GOOGLE to do it.

You should be refraining from having sex with others until you know the results.
