"Get Carter" with Michael Caine was fuckin' badass but it was more gangster/crime than mafia film.


Goodfellas takes the cake, great movie, perfect arc!

Basically, The Godfather Parts I and II are the best films about being at the top of the Mafia pyramid, and Goodfellas is the best film about being at the bottom of the Mafia pyramid. I think Casino is really underrated though. It's the best film about being peripheral to the Mafia pyramid.
