Apparently Stuart Pearce has narrowed down his list for Team GB in the Olympics to 80. I understand the list includes David Beckham Gareth Bale and Craig Bellamy.

Good question. I suppose we'll know in July.

As for Cup Finals, they are invariably very poor games.

The last memorable one was Liverpool's comeback against West Ham in 2006.

Sunderland fan here. MON done a brilliant job for us, considering some of the dross that Steve Bruce bought. Still reckon we need to spend a few quid in the summer though to push on.

This seasons's been alright - apart from the Mags getting dillusions of grandeur. Agent Mike will fuck them up again....(please)

Still reckon City will win the league - Id love to see old Red nose's reaction if Man U were done. Key game is against Newcastle, then the big one at the Etihad.

Chelsea did well last night, bearing in mind they didn't touch the ball. Barca will batter them in a weeks time though......

As for Liverpool - another season in "transition". Same old shite really - they are waaaay of the pace. I reckon Dalglish will crack up next year...

Yea "fathead" a sound manager actually, to be fair. Dunno his mistakes up there but he did well enough with Wigan and other places *spit* and had no money, maybe the problem was actually having money... ? I dont know enough about him.

Re newcastle and locla derbys. yes it all very well being shit, but being shit and 2nd rate locally, that hurts. Thats why we got to finish above everton as well as win the FA cup, to avoid a total disaster, sure we are shit but to be worse than everton.. omg..((

Yup we needed a new stadium for a long time, being realisitc we have been punching above our weight for quite a while now, and its getting harder and harder, .... re stadium still dicking about. doh..:Z
