Is it fair and professional for a director to change a site?

I'm curious on everyone's input especially people from the porn business. I'm a member of TS Seduction. I must say I loved the content from 2007 to 2009. Isis Love was a great directer. Now the site has Tomcat as the director. I must say since the change the site has gone downhill and has very few enjoyable scenes. Isis Love is now a very popular pornstar in the MILF Niche. Her decision to get a boob job was most likely because she is in the MILF straight Niche. Most MILFs have big fake or real tits. MILFs with small tits get very little work.

Anyways to the point. Since Tomcat has taken over the site has made major changes. I'm not going too much into because this post would be huge.

Since Tomcat has taken over a very popular TS known as Jesse has not been shot in over two years. Many members have complained about this for over a year. I am extremely surprised a TOP(required for the site by Tomcat's standards) who is as popular as Jesse has been removed from the booking list.

As a long time member I find these MANY changes to be very unfair for long time members during the first years of the site. All of these changes came unexpected.

What do people in the TS industry say about Tomcat?

Nope! Jesse works for other companies as well. She has done a lot of work with Devil's Films and Grooby.

Tomcat stated on the forums that he does not want to film Jesse and bring in new girls. That translates to "I want to film Yasmin Lee everyday".
