I think a person can do whatever they want with their body....I would never be like damn why did she get a nose job....I dont care if she is all natural or fake, its all about the end result..is she hot or not...some girls get good plastic surgery and it only makes them hotter, some girls get bad plastic surgery and they look like crap...but I would never be against plastic surgery...i think the whole transition process , surgery hormones and all is part of what makes transsexuals so hot...because they strive to achieve a very feminine body so many end up having the most amazing asses, best tits, best curves, most beautiful faces...and that beauty whether through hormones or surgery should not matter, at least it doesnt to me...

Jocelyn Wildenstein is the face of a cautionary tale. But in essence plastic surgery is the right of those who elect to do it and necessary for many. I'm not against it - but think ony that those who do elect to do it should be careful. I've seen a few botched boob jobs by those who have had it done on th cheap and even a rich woman like Mrs Wildenstein can end up a train wreck if things are not handled with great care.
