Sad to hear that she's going for even bigger breasts, they will distort what is an exquisitely petite frame. Plastic surgery can be great. If you ever want boobs then find a good doctor. Most doctors give free meetings and will give you options.

Plastic surgery has a bad rep because people are too lazy to actually look for a good doctor. A good doctor does not always been much more money.

lol ive had plastic surgery before.ive had my cheeks enhanced,nose done and my adams apple removed.i plan to do a few more things in the near future.i believe in going to the best.even the best however cant predict how your body will heal and what possible complications could occur.one huge and common risk is capsular contracture which is when to much scar tissue forms around the implant giving it that hard fish bowl look.also cancer is a huge risk in my family, my mother died from breast cancer.my hormone taking and my family history means i have to stay diligent when it comes to breast examinations and implants impairs that.

You have really beautiful breasts.
Hormone breasts always look better to me because they are naturally shaped.
Implants rarely look real. At best they can look like a good boob job.
