    Default I GOT THIS CALL....

.... on Christmas night as I was putting the finishing touches to my outfit for the night, at the same time texting my pharmacist from my cell to see if he can refill my THC perscription when suddenly Im startled by my cell ringing. Now I very rarely answer PRIVATE calls and every so often my instinct tells me to answer. So when I do answer them IM VERY GLAD I DID

So I answer the PRIVATE call and a deep voiced man says, " I hope you are enjoying yourself, Im contacting the ******* police and notifying them you are prostitute and working in the area." of course I had heard what he just said but I said, "you're going to do what?" After repeating what he just said he finishes with saying, " Do you know I just found your information saved on my 16 yr old sons computer and im contacting the police" also calling me a hooker and manly man.... lol.... before hanging up.

Ok so the next day I of course am not contacted by the law or harrassed or even felt the slightest bit in danger of being POPPED by cops.

So I wonder... Did what he said really happen or was it another TS escort in the area trying to scare me off. Or some homophobe just trying to get his kicks. I cant call ******* police to see if anything was actually done like he said he would do... any opinions?

Whether he really was a father or not, it breaks down to just a case of he said/she said if there's no physical evidence. I'm not sure where you're from Cheri, but I'd hope the police there have more pressing matters to investigate. I think you're safe.

    a) Where is this? If it's in any big city, forget it.

    b) Like the police can't find tranny hookers any time they want them? (irony intended)

Its not a crime to have your pics on someone elses computer, nude or otherwise....Its not like you put them there lol.....

He could cause a hassle for you though, if he really felt like being a dick.

Yah, that's my vote as well.

If it were my son, I wouldn't be on the girl, I'd be all over him instead. What was the guy doing in his son's computer anyway? Prolly already looking for megs of downloaded porn.

BTDT. The issue I had to deal with when my son was 16 was how he was making 900 calls to some electric pussy in...are you ready for this?...Guyana. A $700 phone bill shows up and, worse, another followed for over a grand (And the phone company is apathetic about it and pushes for the charges to be paid).

Unless escort charges are showing up on the guy's credit card, there's not much he can do and any calls he makes to the cops are just going to be free advertising for you, Cheri.

    lol, that's probably it.... :P
I don't think there is much you can do in this situation, except for dialling *69 and letting the police know that this guy has been harassing you on the phone.

Don't tell them exactly what he said, just that he's been harassing you. That is, if you really feel threaten by this loser.

Be cautious, as I'm sure you usually are. But definetly don't panic. It was probably a hoax.
Chance are it was a someone that may have tried hooking up with you and you ignored his emails. I'm sure you've had guys call or email you saying that they want to get to know you as a person.
Second, if it was really the case. The dad probably slept on it and decided it was not worth the hassle. If he shows the cops he would have to expalin and with that comes personal embarrassment.
Third, it was on his computer his wife found your pictures and he tried to push it off on his son. ANd called in front of his wife to show how upset and disgusted he was.
I do a lot of questioning of people, so I've become good at getting at peoples true intentions and motives.
As BlackAdder having pictures on a comp is not a crime. And most towns would take the report, and tell them okay we'll look into it, thanks. But will not waste time with really trying to bust you. Cops do there normal sting operations and it works in cycles on when they target victimless crimes. It is not a priority bust.

I have a couple of friends in the "business" and I've always asked them why they would advertise on the net when some sort of law enforcement official could easily track them down. They told me that very rarely does this happen and it's just part of the risk you take.

With that said, one of my friends did get busted in St. Louis by an undercover cop. She's been doing this for years and it was the only time she got busted.
Luckily, she was able to hire a good attorney and get the charges dropped.
