Haven't all the TG women in Playboy (at least the US version) all been post-op? Have any pre-op TS's been in it yet? That's when you know acceptance is around the corner.

Obviously Hustler has had a bunch of them, but when a TS hits the cover of Playboy that's a far bigger deal.

There is a difference between appearing in Playboy and being a Playmate. Playmates are the ones featured in the middle and includes the centerfold. As far as I know, Tula is the only one to appear in the U.S. edition, and she wasn't a Playmate, just a photo spread. Not sure about the other country editions as far as the centerfolds (Playmate of the month).
