What I know --

Street prices are 30 to 50 % of incall, depending on the service. I guess about half of the girls refuse to work the streets, while the other half do both. I think the streets offer a much higher volume of business and faster cash flow, but also more risk from cops, psycho clients, etc. With incall you can probably arrange for better security.

Streets are pretty dead these days in the USA, thanks to heavy patrolling by police in most cities. I think what happened is that we built up these huge police forces due to a "war on crime" political philosophy, while meanwhile crime dropped -- apparently mainly due to Roe v Wade, according to some economists -- and the police have turned, in part, to cracking down on prostitution to justify their existence. Prostitution was always illegal but previously they didn't have the resources or priority as much as they do now.

About prices, I would suggest to always accept the girl's offer (and add a tip if she did well), or don't go. If you try to haggle, it just pisses her off and spoils the session. If she offers a ridiculous price, politely turn her down. That usually means she won't be good (i.e. bad attitude or not into it), so turning her down is the best move. Prices will adjust.

I have paid for services from girls many times in the past. I have never picked up a streetwalker, but I have talked to many of them that do streetwalk. They told me the reason they charge less is because they usually don't take you to their place and give you full service. They usually just give you a BJ in your car. Maybe you can feel them up a little too, but it's no where near as good as a nice full service hour in her apt. or house. So I suppose you get what you pay for.

In the Roosevelt Ave area under the el some of the girls will flag down a car customer in front of Lucho's late at night. But as far as I know there is no on going ts "stroll" left in the New York/ New Jersey area. Certainly nothing like 14th and 9th ave. I'd turn down 14th toward West St and it was like a porn parade back in the day.

Many a night I remember the 14st area, near The Vault, very interesting nights indeed. In those days I'd see all types of hustlers on the west side of Manhattan, from as far down as Christopher street all the way up to Hells Kitchen.


There are some areas in Baltimore that have street walkers. Calvert st in the low 20's has tgirl walkers. Pigtown(ha ha ha,, I know) area has gg walkers around Bayard/Bush and maybe Wilkens ave. And I see girls walking not far from where I live in the Patapsco ave areas too. Sorry to say this but most of the walkers are kinda beat looking, worn out from drugs.
