Well, boredom, curiosity and a well stocked kitchen has led me to playing with this info a bit to nail down a recipe.

For the most part most of the stuff listed are thickeners, so I guess the idea is to give the cum some different levels of viscosity. The salt and baking soda go towards taste....

Here's what I've worked out:

2 tsp Arrow Root
1.5 tsp Potato Starch
1 tsp pectin
.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp baking soda
.5 tsp flour

Mix it in a tupperware (or like) container with 8 oz cold water (pour, seal, and shake). Careful as the baking soda can outgass and make the seal leak a bit as you shake. Pour into a sauce pan over medium heat and stir constantly til right before boiling (arrow root works better if you don't bring it to a boil). Then let it cool down before using. (it'll take longer than the 2 minutes Natasha quoted, though if your remove it from the pan and into a container in your fridge, that'll help).

It's got a nice texture, and ok taste. A bit slimy, a bit sticky. It pours out nicely and I've tried shooting it out of a syringe and it spatters well.

It'll last a day or two, maybe more in the fridge, but will get progressivly more liquidy.

It should be pretty scalable for larger quantities, though I haven't tried.

I found a full teaspoon of flour made it taste a bit too bready, same with the salt and salty. I tried just 1 tsp of the potato starch and it was a bit too thin.

There are folks here who could probably give much better opinions and fine tuning the recipe, though. What I have is a good base to work from.

The makers of the poweder in the op have a lubricant version which includes Xanthum gum. I don't have any of that so haven't tried it out.

The porn industry uses methylcellulose for its "fake semen" needs (there are some fetishes which require huge amounts of semen) because it contains no sugar or starches and thus cannot contribute to vaginal yeast infections (see first link). Methylcellulose is commonly available from a variety of sources, and is used in the regular movie industry as well: for example, "Ghostbusters" used it for the "ectoplasm", with some dye and in a slightly different water-cellulose mix than for fake semen.

Check the second link for ordering info from one commercial source, which also contains a MSDS ("how hazardous is this material") in Adobe PDF format, showing how incredibly safe the stuff is to have on the human body.

However, if the point is to have a photograph of a woman with semen on her, there's no actual need for liquid semen, real or fake. Adobe Photoshop (and the high-quality free application "GIMP" (GNU Image Manipulation Program)) can both be used to add semen to any photograph.

Check the third link for a tutorial for adding simulated semen to any photograph (the photograph he uses is PG-13, possibly even "safe for work"), and the last link is to the GIMP homepage, where you can find versions of the GIMP for Windows, Linux, and Macintosh. The GIMP is completely free and has no fees for use.

I just bought some fake cum and its like a powder and you mix it with water or oil and supposely looks real and taste real plus is 100% edible.

I'm not sure what the comparison edible-ness between the methyl cellulose and the powder Natasha tried (you can get it on ebay, I found).

Well wiki says it can treat constipation, so I guess it can lead to all kinds of fetishes, but the powder is basicly made up of soup/gravy additives.

But it'd be interesting for some live comparisons from folks with more experience in this kind of thing who have a more informed opinion.
