I've definitely noticed a difference between cumming quickly and cumming after hours of sex. When I've gone hours fucking and then came it was even more of a euphoric feeling. Any medications you are on could affect your ability to cum. I know that Prozac, Paxil and Zoloft definitely make it very hard to cum, especially Paxil. In fact, many doctors prescribe Paxil for guys who have premature ejaculation.
