As I've already confessed on another thread, I have eaten century eggs, pickled in horse urine, in China a few years back.

But they were a lot more appetising than this mess.

century eggs used to be pickled in horse urine but that was hundreds of years ago bruv.....nowadays its just marinated in an organic solution hence turning it into century eggs...anyway its tasts is really nice!!! just dont smell it

Nope, these were the real thing, and honour and a delicacy produced at a banquet to show the importance of the commercial relationship between the two businesses. And I could tell a story or two about shark's fin soup as well.....
