It's happened about three or four times. I've done phone support for years, so my voice has trained itself accordingly.

For exactly the opposite reasons as you...I am told I sound black on the phone, In fact....sistas particularily give me a hard time about it...but I have long blonde hair, blue eyes and 2 full sleeves of tats, so maybe we should trade voices ??
